Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fleyma. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward the Service or other users.

• Fleyma connects to your YouTube channel and/or Facebook Page only through the official OAuth login flows provided by Google and Meta. We never request or store your YouTube or Facebook password.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the YouTube channel or Facebook Page you connect, and for complying with YouTube's and Facebook's own terms of service and community guidelines.
• You may disconnect your YouTube or Facebook account from Fleyma at any time via the App's settings, or by revoking access directly through your Google or Meta account settings.
• Fleyma's use of your YouTube and Facebook data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy and Meta Platform Terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Fleyma offers a Free plan and a Paid plan, billed either monthly ($3.99/month USD) or yearly ($39.99/year USD), or the local-currency equivalent charged at checkout.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use Fleyma to access, analyze, or manage a YouTube channel or Facebook Page you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage
• Attempt to circumvent the Free/Paid tier limits through unauthorized means (e.g., automated account creation, credential sharing to bypass connection limits)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated means to extract data from the App outside of its intended features
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Fleyma's systems, servers, or data

• Fleyma uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze your own performance data and generate diagnoses, content ideas, titles, and other suggestions.
• All AI-generated insights are computed from your own historical data. Fleyma does not compare your performance against other creators, and does not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., view counts, subscriber growth, monetization eligibility) from following its suggestions.
• AI-generated content (titles, captions, scripts, content ideas) is provided as a starting point for your own creative process. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring any content you publish complies with YouTube's and Facebook's own policies, including originality and copyright requirements.
• Fleyma's Channel Health and Playbook features provide general informational guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. For copyright disputes, strikes, or serious account issues, we recommend consulting your platform's official resolution process or a qualified professional.

• Fleyma, its logo, design, and underlying software are the property of 2B BossTech Ghana Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
• You retain full ownership of your own content (videos, posts, and any content you create using Fleyma's suggestions).

• Fleyma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service, and we do not guarantee that AI-generated insights or suggestions will be accurate, complete, or lead to any particular result.
• Fleyma is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Facebook, or Meta.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2B BossTech Ghana Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Fleyma, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fleyma at any time for violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled upon termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Fleyma after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
